Delivery & Christmas

How long does delivery take?

An estimated 8-18 business days. We prepare your order in 1-3 business days, then it travels 7-15 business days from our partner warehouse in China. Ordered today, the estimate is 8-18 business days.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Order by Sun Nov 22, 11:59 pm ET for an estimated arrival by Dec 17. Orders placed Nov 23-24 may not arrive before Dec 25, and from Nov 25 they most likely won't. Running late? Print our free printable reveal card, sign it and hand it over on the day.

How much is shipping?

$4.95 under $35, and free from $35, so every plate of 3 or more ships free. We ship to US addresses only, for now.

Can I ship it straight to the person it's for?

Yes, but we suggest shipping it to yourself first. It arrives in the supplier's bags, which may carry Chinese text, and may include a packing slip.

The squishies

Is it food?

No. Not even a little. Do not eat, bite or chew it, and keep it away from real food.

What age is it for?

14 and up. It isn't designed or tested as a children's toy, so keep it away from small children and pets.

Does it smell?

The foam ones (The Butter Stick, Swiss Squish, Café Toast and Mystery Bake) can be lightly scented. If the scent is strong, air it out in a ventilated room for 1-2 days. Scent fades over time.

What's inside?

It depends on the squishy: PU foam, TPR, a gel fill or a soft moldable filling, per our supplier. Each product page lists its material, and the care guide covers every texture.

Can I pick my Mystery Bake?

No. Baker's choice: we don't pick either. It's a random style, and duplicates can happen.

Can I pick my Holiday Bao design?

Yes. Each design is its own option on the product page.

Orders & returns

How do plates work?

Every squishy is $14 on its own. Put 3 or more on your plate and they're $12 each, 5 or more are $10.40 each, and 8 or more are $9 each: the Party Platter, 8 for $72. The price drops automatically, no code needed.

Opening offer: a free Christmas Mini Dumpling with every Party Platter (8+ squishies). Add the Mini to your cart with 8 or more squishies and its $5 comes off automatically. Ends Mon Nov 30, 11:59 pm ET. Small piece: not for children under 3.
Does it come gift-wrapped?

No. Each piece arrives in its own supplier bag or cup, and the tray isn't included. For a gift, print our free printable reveal card and hand it over with it.

What if it arrives split, leaking or wrong?

That's the Squish Promise: email a photo to support@squishdeli.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for the item. Keep it, or send it back at your own cost. How returns work.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, until it ships. And if we can't ship it within the time we told you, you can cancel for a full refund.
