Where we ship from and to

Every order ships from our partner warehouse in China. We deliver to US addresses only, for now.

How long it takes

We prepare your order in 1-3 business days, then it travels 7-15 business days to you. That's an estimated 8-18 business days from order to delivery. Business days skip weekends and US federal holidays (for example Nov 11, Nov 26, Dec 25 and Jan 1).

We show the estimated arrival range on product pages, in your cart and in your order confirmation. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping cost

Orders under $35: $4.95 standard shipping.
Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping.

Christmas 2026

Order by Sunday, November 22, 11:59 pm ET for an estimated arrival by December 17.
Orders placed November 23-24 may not arrive before December 25.
Orders placed from November 25 will most likely arrive after December 25.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link when your order ships. Tracking can be quiet for a few days while your parcel leaves China. That's normal.

If we're running late

If we can't ship your order within the time we told you, we'll email you before that time runs out with a revised estimate. You can agree to the new date or cancel your order for a full refund.

Lost or very late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after the end of its estimated delivery window, email us. If the carrier can't find it, we'll send a replacement or refund it.

Packaging

Each piece arrives in its own supplier bag or cup, which may carry Chinese text. Orders aren't gift-wrapped and may include a packing slip. If it's a gift, we suggest shipping it to yourself first.
