Who we are

This website and store are operated by Squish Deli, 9842 Rustling Breeze Circle, Riverview, FL 33578, United States ("Squish Deli", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products

We sell squishy toys that look like food. They are not food: do not eat, bite or chew them. They are for ages 14 and up and are not intended for children. Keep them away from small children and pets, never heat, microwave or freeze them, and stop using any item that tears, splits or leaks. Care instructions are on each product page and on our Care & Safety page.

Sizes, weights, materials and scents are approximate and come from our supplier unless we say otherwise. Colours and finishes can vary slightly from photos and between units. Mystery Bake items are a random style chosen by the supplier, and duplicates can happen.

Prices and offers

Prices are in US dollars. Plate pricing (3 or more, 5 or more and 8 or more squishies from the menu) is applied automatically. Discount codes can be used once per customer unless we say otherwise, may have a minimum order value and can't be exchanged for cash. Offers end at the date and time stated, in US Eastern Time.

We may change prices or end offers at any time. That never changes the price of an order you've already placed.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or was listed at an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

There is no membership and no subscription: you pay once, per order.

Accounts and emails

If you create an account or sign up for emails, please give accurate details. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Our Privacy policy explains how we use your information.

Website content

The text, design and images on this site belong to Squish Deli or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Squish Deli isn't affiliated with any other toy brand.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squish Deli isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the items concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
