Our squishies rise slowly. So does our shipping.

We prepare your order in 1-3 business days, then it travels 7-15 business days from our partner warehouse in China. That's an estimated 8-18 business days door to door.

Every estimate on this site uses the same maths, so the date you see on a product page is the date we'd tell you by email.

Our promises

What happens if it goes wrong.

If we're running late

If we can't ship your order within the time we told you, we'll email you a new estimate before that time runs out. You can wait, or cancel for a full refund. Your call.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Tracking can be quiet for a few days while your parcel leaves China. That's normal.

Lost on the way?

Not there 10 business days after your estimate ends? Email us. If the carrier can't find it, we'll send a replacement or refund it.

Shipping it straight to someone?

You can, but we suggest shipping it to yourself first. Parcels arrive in the supplier's bags, which may carry Chinese text, and may include a packing slip.

Returns, kept simple.

Squish Promise

Arrived split, leaking or wrong?

Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it.

Changed your mind?

Ask within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund what you paid for the item. Keep it, or send it back at your own cost (email us first for the address). Shipping charges aren't refunded.

Want to cancel?

Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

How to ask

  1. Email support@squishdeli.com with your order number.
  2. Something wrong with it? Add a photo.
  3. We reply within 1-2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Banks usually take 5-10 business days to show a refund. Mystery Bake styles are random, so a duplicate isn't a wrong item, but you can still ask for a change-of-mind refund. Full details: refund policy and shipping policy.
